Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in the required category/trade.
  • Current Category/Trade:
    • Framework/Shuttering Carpenter
    • Iron Bending
    • Ceramic Tile
    • Plastering
  • Minimum Qualification: Must possess basic knowledge of English and be able to read construction drawings.
  • Age Limit: 25-45 years
  • Passport:
    • A valid passport with at least 3 years of validity remaining.
    • Passport application receipts or pending documents will not be considered.
  • The applicant must not have previously participated in the selection test process of ISRAEL recruitment drive.
  • The applicant should not have any blood relations in ISRAEL.
  • The applicant must never have visited ISRAEL before.

Application Process

  • Step 1: Jobseeker Registration
    • The application process for the Israel Vacancy Drive is conducted entirely online.
    • Interested candidates must register on the Rojgaar Sangam portal (Click here to Registration).
    • After successful registration, candidates must complete their profile by providing all relevant details.
    • Applicants are required to upload all necessary documents as part of the registration process.
  • Step 2: Applying for Israel Jobs
    • Once documents are uploaded and profiles are complete, candidates can apply for jobs in their relevant trade or category.
    • Ensure that the selected job category matches the candidate’s trade experience.
  • Step 3: English Pre-Screening Test
    • All submitted documents will undergo verification by the Labour and Employment Department.
    • Shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited to take the English language pre-screening test.
    • Only candidates who clear the pre-screening will proceed to the next phase of selection.
  • Step 4: RPL Training (Domain Pre-screening)
    • Candidates who successfully pass the English pre-screening test will undergo Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) training.
    • Candidates who pass the RPL test will move forward to the Name Check stage.

    Important Notes:

    • Candidates must carry their original passport during the pre-screening and professional test drive. The passport must have a minimum of 3 years of validity.
  • Step 5: Name Check
    • The candidate's details will be verified exclusively from the passport.
    • ISRAEL Team will shortlist candidates for next round.
  • Step 6: Professional Test Drive
    • After successfully passing the English test, screening, and RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning), candidates will be invited for the professional test drive.
    • A maximum of 650 candidates will be allowed to participate in the professional test drive each day.
    • Only candidates who have passed the Name Check process will be eligible to appear for the professional test.
    • Candidates must bring their Original Passport and the certificate issued by RPL Program to the professional test drive.
  • Step 7: Random Selection
    • After completing the professional test, all eligible candidates' data will be submitted for a random selection or lottery process to ensure a fair and transparent selection.
  • Step 8: Other Required Documents
    • Once selected, candidates' data will undergo additional checks. The following documents must be submitted as soft copies during this phase:
      • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
      • Medical Report
      • Self-Declaration
      • Health Declaration
      • Passport Copy
      • Visa Request Form
  • Step 9: Visa, Ticket, PDOT & Deployment
    • For visa processing, the following documents (in soft copy) must be sent:
      • Signed SEC (Standard Employment Contract)
      • Flight Ticket
    • Once the visa is approved, candidates will receive Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) and be prepared for deployment to Israel.

Important Notes

  1. Selection Notifications: Candidates will be notified about their selection or rejection at every stage of the process via SMS and email , after the due verification and check process. Additionally, candidates can log in to the Rojgaar Sangam website to check the status of their application at any time.
  2. No Walk-ins Allowed: Walk-ins will not be permitted at any stage. Candidates will receive the date, time, and venue details for each stage in advance.
  3. No Fees Involved: The entire process is completely free of cost . Candidates are not required to pay any fees or charges at any stage. If anyone requests money, please report it immediately.
