Job Overview
We are looking for Business Development Executives to join our team.. The primary responsibility will be to visit schools and promote our online skill development courses to students and educational institutions.
This is a fully field-based job, ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, interacting with people, and working independently with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit schools within the designated area to promote skill development programs
• Meet with school authorities, explain course benefits, and encourage student participation
• Maintain daily reporting and documentation of visits and follow-ups
• Meet weekly/monthly outreach and enrollment targets
• Act as a local ambassador for the Pankaj Enterprises’s education initiatives

Eligibility Criteria
• Must have passed Intermediate (12th)
• Minimum age: 22 years
• Own a bike with a valid driving license (mandatory)
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Physically fit and comfortable with daily field travel

Selection Process
The hiring process consists of three rounds:
1. Profile Shortlisting
o Based on academic qualifications, work experience (if any), and submitted documents.
2. Personal Interview (To be conducted at our Lucknow office)

3. Training Round (3 to 7 Days | Online + Field Training)
o Unpaid training to assess your performance and understanding of the role
