Security Manager

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall security operations of the company, including managing a team of security personnel, developing and implementing security policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Manage a team of security personnel, including Security Supervisors and Security Guards
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure security requirements are met
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. security management, law enforcement)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Security Supervisor
The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of Security Guards and ensuring that security operations are carried out effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Security Guards
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections
- Ensure that security protocols are followed
- Investigate incidents and report to Security Manager
- Provide training and guidance to Security Guards
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure security requirements are met

Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g. security, law enforcement)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

Security Guard
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the company's premises, clients, and assets.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms
- Check credentials of personnel and vehicles entering premises
- Report incidents and suspicious activity to Security Supervisor
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a variety of environments

• सुरक्षा पर्यवेक्षकों (Security Supervisors) एवं सुरक्षा गार्डों (Security Guards) सहित सुरक्षा कर्मियों की टीम का प्रबंधन करना।
• नियमित सुरक्षा ऑडिट एवं जोखिम मूल्यांकन करना।
• ग्राहकों एवं अन्य हितधारकों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर सुरक्षा आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति सुनिश्चित करना।
• आपातकालीन प्रतिक्रिया योजनाओं का निर्माण एवं कार्यान्वयन करना।
• नियामक आवश्यकताओं एवं उद्योग मानकों के अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करना।
योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ:
• संबंधित क्षेत्र (जैसे सुरक्षा प्रबंधन या कानून प्रवर्तन) में स्नातक डिग्री।
• सुरक्षा प्रबंधन में न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष का अनुभव।
• उत्कृष्ट नेतृत्व एवं संचार कौशल।
• तीव्र गति वाले कार्य वातावरण में कार्य करने की क्षमता।

सुरक्षा पर्यवेक्षक सुरक्षा गार्डों की टीम का नेतृत्व करने तथा यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उत्तरदायी होता है कि सभी सुरक्षा गतिविधियाँ प्रभावी रूप से संचालित हों।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
• सुरक्षा गार्डों की टीम का पर्यवेक्षण एवं मार्गदर्शन करना।
• नियमित गश्त एवं निरीक्षण करना।
• यह सुनिश्चित करना कि सभी सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल का पालन हो रहा है।
• घटनाओं की जाँच करना तथा सुरक्षा प्रबंधक को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना।
• सुरक्षा गार्डों को प्रशिक्षण एवं आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान करना।
• ग्राहकों एवं अन्य हितधारकों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर सुरक्षा आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति सुनिश्चित करना।
योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ:
• संबंधित क्षेत्र (जैसे सुरक्षा या कानून प्रवर्तन) में डिप्लोमा अथवा प्रमाण-पत्र।
• सुरक्षा क्षेत्र में न्यूनतम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव।
• उत्कृष्ट संचार एवं नेतृत्व कौशल।
• टीम के साथ प्रभावी रूप से कार्य करने की क्षमता।

सुरक्षा गार्ड (Security Guard)
सुरक्षा गार्ड कंपनी के परिसर, ग्राहकों तथा संपत्तियों की सुरक्षा एवं संरक्षण बनाए रखने के लिए उत्तरदायी होता है।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
• अनधिकृत प्रवेश अथवा संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की रोकथाम एवं पहचान हेतु परिसर में नियमित गश्त करना।
• सुरक्षा प्रणालियों की निगरानी करना तथा अलार्म की स्थिति में आवश्यक कार्रवाई करना।
• परिसर में प्रवेश करने वाले व्यक्तियों एवं वाहनों के पहचान-पत्रों की जाँच करना।
• घटनाओं एवं संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की सूचना सुरक्षा पर्यवेक्षक को देना।
• ग्राहकों एवं आगंतुकों को आवश्यक सहायता एवं सेवा प्रदान करना।
योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ:
• हाई स्कूल (10वीं/12वीं) उत्तीर्ण अथवा समकक्ष योग्यता।
• सुरक्षा अथवा संबंधित क्षेत्र में न्यूनतम 1 वर्ष का अनुभव।
• अच्छे संचार कौशल।
• तीव्र गति वाले कार्य वातावरण में कार्य करने की क्षमता।
• शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना तथा विभिन्न परिस्थितियों में कार्य करने की क्षमता।
