Job Description:

1. Vacancies & Salary
i) Steel Fixer - AED 1,450 8 hours/day As per UAE Labour Law
ii) Shuttering Carpenter - AED 1,450 8 hours/day As per UAE Labour Law
iii) Block & Plaster Mason - AED 1,450 8 hours/day As per UAE Labour Law
iv) Steel Fixer - AED 1,250 8 hours/day As per UAE Labour Law
2. Job Responsibilities
(Steel Fixer, Shuttering Carpenter, Block & Plaster Masoon, Construction Helper)
• Cutting, bending and fixing reinforcement steel.
• Ensuring proper alignment and placement of reinforcement bars.
Shuttering Carpenter
• Installing and dismantling formwork for concrete structures.
• Reading basic drawings and taking measurements.
Block & Plaster Mason
• Laying concrete blocks accurately.
• Performing plastering work with smooth finishing.
Construction Helper
• Assisting skilled workers on site.
• Loading and unloading construction materials.
• Maintaining cleanliness and general site support.

4. Job Details
• Duty Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Overtime: As per UAE Labour Law.
• Attendance Bonus: AED 100 per month for applicable positions.

5. Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
• Relevant construction experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be physically fit for construction/site work.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Dubai, UAE, as per project requirements.

2. कार्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Job Responsibilities)
स्टील फिक्सर (Steel Fixer):
• सुदृढ़ीकरण स्टील (सरिया) को काटना, मोड़ना और लगाना।
• सरिया की सही संरेखण (alignment) और प्लेसमेंट सुनिश्चित करना।
शटरिंग कारपेंटर (Shuttering Carpenter):
• कंक्रीट संरचनाओं के लिए फॉर्मवर्क (शटरिंग) लगाना और हटाना।
• बुनियादी नक्शे (drawings) पढ़ना और माप लेना।
ब्लॉक और प्लास्टर मेशन (Block & Plaster Mason):
• कंक्रीट ब्लॉक्स को सटीकता से लगाना (जोड़ना)।
• स्मूथ फिनिशिंग के साथ प्लास्टर का काम करना।
कन्स्ट्रक्शन हेल्पर (Construction Helper):
• साइट पर कुशल श्रमिकों (skilled workers) की सहायता करना।
• निर्माण सामग्री को लोड और अनलोड (चढ़ाना और उतारना) करना।
• साइट पर साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना और सामान्य सहायता प्रदान करना।
